Dairy Technologist

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and formulate new dairy products, including but not limited to Ice Cream Bulks, FD Bulks, and Ice Cream Jars, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Implement and oversee quality control procedures for the processing of dairy products, maintaining consistency.
- Evaluate and optimize dairy production processes, with a focus on efficiency in the production.
- Stay updated on industry trends and recommend innovative technologies applicable to Ice Cream Bulks, FD Bulks, and Ice Cream Jars.
- Ensure compliance with local and international dairy industry regulations, specifically tailored to Ice Cream Bulks, FD Bulks, and Ice Cream Jars.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for the development and marketing of Ice Cream Bulks, FD Bulks, and Ice Cream Jars.
- Conduct regular testing and analysis of Ice Cream Bulks, FD Bulks, and Ice Cream Jars for quality assurance.
- Identify and resolve issues related to production, quality, or safety in the manufacturing of Ice Cream Bulks, FD Bulks, and Ice Cream Jars.
- Maintain accurate records of production processes for Ice Cream Bulks, FD Bulks, and Ice Cream Jars, along with quality control measures.
- Train production staff on proper dairy processing techniques, specifically tailored to the production Products.
- Enforce strict sanitation and hygiene practices in the processing facility, focusing on the production.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in production methods and quality.
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure a steady and high-quality source of raw materials.
- Explore and implement environmentally sustainable practices in the production.
- Provide regular reports to management on production, quality, and efficiency metrics.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or higher degree in Dairy Science, Food Science, or a related field.
- Min 10 years of experience in dairy technology or a similar role, with expertise in the production of Ice Cream Bulks, FD Bulks, and Ice Cream Jars.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
