**Role and Responsibilities**:

- **Machine Assembly and Maintenance**:

- Assemble and install machinery, equipment, and components.
- Perform preventive maintenance checks on machines and equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning equipment and machinery.
- Ensure the proper functioning of mechanical systems by inspecting and testing machinery regularly.
- **Fabrication Work**:

- Use hand and power tools to cut, shape, and assemble components for machines.
- Fabricate, assemble, and install various mechanical components, including pipes, shafts, and other mechanical structures.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to ensure accurate fabrication.
- **Installation and Commissioning**:

- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new machines or systems.
- Test and check new systems after installation for functionality and safety.
- **Troubleshooting and Repairs**:

- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical faults in machines or equipment.
- Repair or replace faulty components as per the requirements.
- Work with other team members to resolve technical issues efficiently.
- **Safety and Compliance**:

- Follow company safety guidelines, protocols, and industry standards.
- Use appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) while working.
- Ensure that machinery and installations comply with safety and quality regulations.
- **Inventory and Parts Management**:

- Maintain an inventory of required spare parts and materials for repairs.
- Assist in sourcing and procuring spare parts when necessary.
- **Collaboration**:

- Coordinate with the production team to minimize downtime and optimize machine performance.
- Work under the guidance of senior technicians and supervisors.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss machine performance, troubleshooting, and improvements.
- **Record Keeping and Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
- Document any modifications made to machinery or processes.
- **Continuous Learning**:

- Keep up-to-date with new technology, tools, and machinery relevant to the job role.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Educational Qualification**: ITI Fitter (Industrial Training Institute) certification in Mechanical or related field.
- **Experience**: 1 to 5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment or similar industry.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Hands-on experience in operating tools and machinery used for fitting, assembly, and maintenance.
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and schematics.
- Knowledge of various mechanical systems, tools, and equipment.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Good problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in tasks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- **Knowledge of Safety Standards**: Understanding of industrial safety regulations and best practices.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- **Certifications**: Any additional certifications related to maintenance, welding, or machinery operation are a plus.
- **Experience in specific industries**: Experience working in sectors like automotive, heavy machinery, or manufacturing plants would be highly beneficial.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
