We are looking for a courteous and customer-focused Steward to join our multi-cuisine restaurant team. The Steward is responsible for delivering excellent dining service, maintaining hygiene standards, and supporting the overall operation of the restaurant floor. The role requires familiarity with various cuisines and the ability to cater to a diverse customer base.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables when required.

Present menus, explain dishes (across Indian, Continental, Asian, etc.), and answer questions about menu items and ingredients.

Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen promptly.

Serve food and beverages in a professional and timely manner.

Clear tables and reset them for the next guests efficiently.

Ensure that the dining area is clean, well-organized, and presentable at all times.

Assist in mise en place (table setup, napkin folding, cutlery arrangement).

Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth and timely service.

Respond to guest complaints or concerns professionally and escalate if needed.

Adhere to hygiene, grooming, and safety standards as per restaurant policies.

Stay informed about menu changes, daily specials, and chef recommendations.

**Requirements**:
Minimum 10th / 12th pass; Diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality preferred.

1-2 years of experience as a steward or waiter in a multi-cuisine or fine dining restaurant.

Knowledge of multiple cuisines (Indian, Chinese, Continental, etc.) is an advantage.

Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (regional language is a plus).

Friendly personality with a passion for customer service.

Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
