Vehicle Incharge

**Key Responsibilities**

**Vehicle Management**:
Ø Maintain an accurate record of all vehicles, including registration, insurance, and maintenance logs.

Ø Schedule regular maintenance and servicing of vehicles to ensure they remain in optimal condition.

Ø Coordinate with mechanics and service providers for repairs and inspections.

Ø Manage routes to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.

**Safety and Compliance**:
Ø Ensure all vehicles comply with safety regulations and company policies.

Ø Conduct regular safety checks and audits.

Ø Monitor driver behaviour and vehicle usage to ensure compliance with safety standards.

**Inventory Management**:
Ø Keep track of vehicle parts and supplies.

Ø Order and maintain inventory of necessary parts and supplies.

Ø Manage vehicle fuelling and maintenance costs to stay within budget.

**Driver Management**:
Ø Implement and monitor GPS tracking systems for all vehicles.

Ø Assign vehicles to drivers based on availability and need.

Ø Provide training to drivers on proper vehicle use and safety protocols.

Ø Monitor driver schedules and manage time logs.

**Documentation and Reporting**:
Ø Maintain detailed records of vehicle use, maintenance, and incidents.

Ø Prepare regular reports on vehicle performance, costs, and issues.

Ø Report any accidents, damage, or maintenance issues to the relevant authorities and management.

**Cost Management**:
Ø Develop and implement strategies to reduce vehicle operating costs.

Ø Monitor fuel consumption and implement measures to increase fuel efficiency.

Ø Manage the budget for the Vehicle department.

**Emergency Response**:
Ø Respond to vehicle breakdowns and accidents promptly.

Ø Coordinate emergency repairs and towing services.

Ø Ensure all drivers have access to emergency contact information and procedures.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
