- 5 years experience in QCOE
- Demonstrated experience working in environments with complex quality engineering strategy for business solutions with several integration points.
- Experience in testing cloud based solutions.
- Experience with automated testing, test data management and continuous feedback.
- Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills.
- Experience working in the financial industry is a plus.

Experience with SAFe and/or Agile methodologies.

**Skill Set**:
Must Have:

- Must have hands on Experience in Developing Automation Framework for UI using **Cypress**:

- Must have Experience in Performance testing tools such **as LoadRunner and JMeter**:

- Must have experience in API Automation using postman Newman for APIs and web services and microservice architecture.

In addition, you will drive change by leading or engaging in:

- Develop and expand test automation and test framework.
- Conduct software testing, verification, validation resulting in fewer defects being released to production and fewer incidents caused by changes.
- Ensure existance of adequate, comprehensive and obfuscated test data for Ford Credit products.
- Create and maintain testing evidence to be compliant with any/all audits.
- Identify and encourage the adoption of best practices in code health, testing, testability, observability, eventing and maintainability.
- Use technology to improve business outcomes and more efficient processes.
- Enforce quality gates and metrics for the organization.
- Work with ITSM to create appropriate quality approvals for changes and releases.
- Support development teams in troubleshooting.
