- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Education (B.Ed./M.Ed.)
- Minimum 2 years of primary teaching experience

- Ability to create a supportive learning environment
- Familiarity with ICSE Board curriculum

**Desirable Qualities**:

- Passion for teaching and learning
- Creativity and innovative thinking
- Empathy and understanding of diverse learning needs
- Strong organizational and time management skills
