What you’ll do:

- Working closely with the Category team, Marketing team, Sales team and brands/distributors
to define, agree and execute sales and promotional plans on the retail app.
- Develop merchandising plans based on customer insights, internal goals and initiatives to
achieve improvement in revenue, app conversion and average order value. Improve user
experience, and enhance product discovery and content.
- Responsible for the management and day-to-day trading of categories on the app, including
maintenance of Home page and other relevant real estate on the app and implement the
trading strategy in conjunction with the category team and marketing team.
- Constantly monitor app search data and trend of daily active users and make suggestions
and implement strategies to improve the customer journey, whilst understanding the
commercial impact of these changes.
- Benchmarking with competitors on the best strategies deployed in the market and to help
better introduce/implement products, programs and services and refine approach as needed
- Strive to understand the customer experience of the website using the tools available and
make suggestions for improvement where applicable.

What we’re looking for
- Graduate with 1 year of experience in E- Commerce App Merchandising and an interest in category marketing. A competent decision-maker with the ability to develop, own and build a strategic plan for ensuring the implementation of category marketing initiatives
- Effective communication skills
- Attitude & Aptitude for E- Commerce Merchandising and problem solving
- Should be a team player, collaborating with people from multiple teams
