**The musts**
- Min 2 years of work experience as a content marketer.
- Knowledge of online content strategy and creation.
- Min 1 year of work experience as a content marketer for businesses producing content for multiple digital formats and campaigns.
- Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, English, journalism, or related field.

**What are you responsible for?**:

- Develop and brainstorm new ideas/concepts for the content for all active communities.
- Write and deliver persuasive content for all the active communities to meet brand standards.
- Creatively writing content for all deliverables that connects with the desired audience and drives action.
- Creating content - short video/reels, unique content copies, infographics and assisting the community team in developing content for campaigns.
- Monitor and analyse the performance of content key performance indicators (KPIs) to offer suggestions for improvement.
- Proofreading content deliverables for errors and inconsistencies.
- Coordinate with the design team for requirements related to creative work for the brand communities.
- Be part of all the brand communities as a moderator.

**Skills Required**:

- Excellent writing and editing skills in English.
- Proven content writing experience.
- Strong Understanding of Communities
- Demonstrated success in managing a business social media presence.
- Good time management skills, including prioritizing, scheduling, and adapting as necessary.
- Ability to work independently and with a team to meet deadlines.
