Position Overview:
As a Lubricants Distribution Sales Representative (DSR), you'll drive sales and expand distribution channels within your assigned territory. You'll be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships while seeking out new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Generation:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
- Maintain relationships with distributors, retailers, and stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Address client queries and provide product support.
- Anticipate customer needs and offer solutions.
- Territory Management:
- Plan routes and manage inventory.
- Coordinate with internal teams for efficient operations.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Maintain accurate sales records and prepare reports.
- Utilize data analysis for improvement.
- Compliance and Ethics:
- Adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Sales experience in lubricants or automotive industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently and travel as needed.
