**Responsibilities**:

- Create Compelling Social Media Content: Develop captivating content tailored for various social media platforms.
- Research and Benchmarking: Stay informed about current trends and analyze audience preferences and benchmarks.
- Engagement and Customer Support: Interact with followers, promptly address inquiries, and monitor customer feedback and reviews.
- Brand Awareness: Propose and implement innovative features and initiatives to enhance brand recognition, including promotional activities and competitions.
- Community Building: Foster online communities, solicit reviews, and generate leads and B2B sales through effective social media marketing strategies.
- Consistent Content Sharing: Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content on a daily basis, encompassing text, images, videos, and news updates.
- Account Design Oversight: Ensure that the design and appearance of social media accounts align with the brand's visual identity.
- Implementation of Social Media Strategy: Execute the social media strategy to enhance both pre and post-sales experiences.

**Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications**:

- Completion of a digital marketing course.
- Strong passion for all things related to social and digital media.
- Excellent communication and articulation skills.
- Preferably, a degree in Mass Media, Journalism, or Advertising.
