**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a Bakery Counter Cum Driver to join our team. This dual role will involve assisting customers at the bakery counter, ensuring an excellent customer experience, and handling deliveries in a timely and efficient manner. You will be responsible for both serving customers with our delicious products and driving the delivery vehicle to transport orders to customers or other locations.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Bakery Counter Duties**:

- Greet and assist customers with their orders in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide detailed information about bakery products, including ingredients and pricing.
- Maintain a clean and organized counter, ensuring products are well-stocked and properly displayed.
- Process customer transactions, handle cash and digital payments.
- Ensure bakery products are fresh and stored correctly.
- Maintain excellent customer service and resolve any customer complaints or issues.

**Driving & Delivery Duties**:

- Safely drive a vehicle to deliver bakery products to customers or other locations.
- Plan delivery routes to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Ensure the vehicle is well-maintained, clean, and fueled.
- Load and unload bakery products carefully to prevent damage during transport.
- Collect payments or signatures upon delivery when required.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and report any delivery issues to the supervisor.

**Requirements**:

- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Previous experience in customer service, ideally in a retail or bakery setting.
- Ability to handle cash and process payments.
- Good communication skills and ability to interact with customers effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Physical ability to lift and carry bakery items as needed.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet delivery deadlines.
- Knowledge of local routes and traffic regulations.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience working in a bakery or food service environment.
- Experience in driving delivery vehicles.
- Basic knowledge of hygiene and food safety practice

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
