Job Description & Responsibilities For GEM & Tender Executive

Minimum 3 year experience.

Tender Search from GeM Portal Evaluate Tender eligibility criteria, and prepare summaries.

Enlighten customers on all procurement, including E-Tendering, Regular GeM Bids, Bunch Bids, BOQ Bids, Custom Bids, Bid + 5 Parameters, Reverse Auctions, Forward Auctions, Direct Purchase, Purchase Requisition. Coordinate, Prepare, compile & Submit bid submission documents Assist customers in EMD, PBG and E-PBG creation. Tracking of EMD & PBG and ensuring refund after its expiry.

Bid Preparation Provide past industry trends to customers Online coordination and follow-up with the respective government depts. for ensuring seamless document submission including shortfall submission if any. Tracking Bid Status, Providing summaries to customers Vendor Registration for Limited tenders Providing Support to customers for pre-bid/post bid meetings. Maintaining Customer relationships with existing/ new clients Update delivery Position on GeM Portal.

Follow up Post Supply Payment status Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent - Support marketing and sales team to gather intelligence on recent and upcoming bids and tenders
- Also involve in preparing all the tender documents - submission of these documents in the stipulated time period

Salary : ₹25,000 - ₹35,000 per month

Day shift Yearly bonus
