**We’re Hiring: Shift Incharge - Edible Oil**

**About the Role**:
Lead our operations as a **Shift Incharge** and ensure smooth production, high quality, and safety compliance. Work with cutting-edge technology and a motivated team that values innovation and growth.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Supervise **continuous & batch edible oil processes**: refining, bleaching, filtration, fat modification, deodorization, and packing.
- Operate and maintain critical equipment: pumps, fans, compressors, blowers, heat exchangers, high-speed rotating machinery, and cooling towers.
- Monitor production via **SCADA / DCS systems** and troubleshoot process, quality, and engineering issues.
- Ensure safety, quality, and productivity targets are consistently met.
- Mentor and guide shift team members for optimal performance.

**Qualifications**:

- **B.Sc / M.Sc - Chemistry**:

- **B.E / B.Tech - Chemical Engineering / Oil Technology**

**Experience**:

- Minimum **6 years hands-on experience** in the **edible oil industry** (petrochemical experience not considered)
- Strong technical knowledge of edible oil processes and plant operations

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
