Roles and Responsibilities:

- Handle Corporate accounting, responsible for compliance of statutory deductions/payments
and finalization of accounts as per IndAS
- Handling of Direct tax matters of the company including coordinating Tax audit/Return filing of
company/trust
- Handling all transfer pricing-related matters of the company, review of all the transactions
between the company and associate companies
- Handling of compliances related to RBI/FEMA/STPI including softex certifications, internal
audit of related data and documentation, and ensuring all the compliances are done as per the
statutory requirements and within due dates
- Responsible for checking all export and import-related compliances, and documentation, and
preparing review documents
- Responsible for all accounting routines
- Coordinate between Hyderabad and Cochin offices for accounting and finance-related tasks.
- Conducting internal and concurrent audits of transactions and publishing the report to
VP-Finance/CFO
- Monitoring of finance team members for compliance with internal SOPs
- Maintenance of documents and updation of the status of compliances in internal CRM on a
regular/real-time basis
- Internal audit / QR of indirect tax compliances and assessments, as required
- Visiting tax offices for assessments and hearings, handling department audits/inspections, and
coordinating with consultants as per the requirements.
- Should be able to take care of any/all Finance related tasks as per the requirements of the
company from time to time

**Salary**: Up to ₹1,000,000.00 per year
