**Job Title**: Career Counselor

**Location**: Raipur

Frankfinn, one of India's leading vocational training institutes, is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Career Counselor to join our team in Raipur. As a Career Counselor, you will play a crucial role in meeting enrollments and generating revenue by counseling prospects, converting them into sales, and ensuring the success of our training courses.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct effective counseling sessions to prospective students and parents, guiding them about the Training Courses Offered.
- Achieve monthly revenue targets through up-selling and referrals from current students.
- Maintain and update Management Information System (MIS) on a daily basis.
- Occasionally travel for seminars, STP, and lead generation programs.

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication, presentation, and persuasion skills with a positive attitude.
- Good negotiation and pitching skills.
- Aggressive sales attitude with the ability to understand and address customer concerns.
- Interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with various client groups.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or counseling.
- Passion for work, good listener, self-motivator, and a continuous learning mindset.
