**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver engaging and concept-oriented classroom teaching in Physics for NEET and JEE aspirants.
- Prepare students for competitive exams by simplifying complex topics and solving problems.
- Design and evaluate tests, assignments, and practice papers.
- Track student progress and provide personalized mentoring when needed.
- Collaborate with academic team for content development and regular academic planning.
- Maintain discipline and motivate students towards academic excellence.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **2 years of teaching experience** in Physics for **JEE Main & Advanced / NEET**.
- Strong conceptual knowledge and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and classroom handling abilities.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Physics or related field. (B.Tech/M.Sc preferred)
- Willingness to join within **3 days** of selection.
