- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and engaging websites.
- Conduct research to understand user behavior and preferences.
- Ensure that website designs provide a seamless and accessible experience for users.
- Use tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, or Figma to design graphics and website elements.
- Be proficient in web design software to develop interactive elements (e.g., animations, transitions).
- Implement responsive design principles to ensure the website works on various devices (desktop, tablet, mobile).
- Work closely with web developers to ensure the designs are accurately implemented.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and development teams to ensure cohesive design integration.
- Present design concepts and gather feedback from stakeholders and clients.
- Ensure that web designs contribute to the website’s goals, such as increasing user engagement or conversions.
- Optimize graphics and images to improve website performance (e.g., faster loading times).
- Regularly update existing website designs, including seasonal changes, campaigns, and promotions.
- Fix design issues and troubleshoot layout inconsistencies or issues across different devices and browsers.
- Work with SEO teams to ensure the design complements SEO best practices, such as fast loading times and mobile optimization.
- Integrate images and content in a way that supports SEO strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, web technologies, and industry standards.
- Explore new design tools, techniques, and innovations to enhance the design process.
- Review designs to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Perform design testing on different devices and browsers to ensure compatibility and responsiveness.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
