**Client Counseling**:

- Provide one-on-one counseling sessions to clients regarding visa processes, timelines, and expectations.
- Address client inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
- Offer tailored advice and solutions based on individual client needs and circumstances.

**Documentation Management**:

- Organize and maintain client files, ensuring all information is up-to-date and correctly filed.

**Compliance and Updates**:

- Stay informed about changes in immigration laws and regulations.
- Ensure all processes adhere to current legal requirements and standards.
- Update clients and colleagues on relevant changes and their implications.

**Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with other team members to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive client service experience.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of company processes.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Proven experience in visa processing, immigration services, or a related field.
- Strong counseling skills with a track record of providing client-focused advice.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in documentation.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:
