**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic IT Recruiter intern to join our team. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in the field of IT recruitment. You will work closely with our HR team to identify and attract top talent for our IT positions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and requirements
- Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting job ads on various platforms
- Support the HR team with administrative tasks as needed

**Qualifications**:

- Completed or currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, B Tech CSE, BSC CS, BCA, Bachelor of Data Science, Bachelor of Information Tech, or any IT related field
- Strong interest in IT recruitment and talent acquisition
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Duration: This is a paid internship position with a duration of 3 months.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
