ITI Wielder or 10th/12th Pass

**Roles and Responsibility**:
Perform gas and arc welding operations on various metals (steel, stainless steel, aluminum, etc.).

Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding procedures.

Cut and shape metal components using torches or other cutting tools.

Inspect completed welds for strength, quality, and specifications.

Maintain tools and equipment in proper working condition.

Follow all health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Collaborate with other team members to meet project timelines and quality standards.
