**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with architects, contractors, and interior designers.
- Promote and sell facade, ceiling, glazing, and furniture products.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct competitor analysis and provide customer insights.
- Ensure excellent customer service and after-sales support.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- 3-4 years of proven sales experience in the architecture/building materials industry.
- UG degree is mandatory.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Knowledge of architectural products and interior solutions.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
