Job Summary:
The Telecalling Executive is responsible for reaching out to potential and existing customers to promote and provide information about our services, address inquiries, and gather feedback.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Outbound Calls**: Contact customers to promote services and assist with inquiries.
- **Customer Interaction**: Provide information and resolve customer issues effectively.
- **Lead Generation**: Identify potential leads for the sales team.
- **Data Entry**: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- **Feedback Collection**: Gather customer feedback to enhance service quality.

Qualifications:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; experience in telemarketing or customer service is preferred.

**Skills**:

- **Communication**: Strong verbal communication skills.
- **Persuasion**: Ability to influence and promote services effectively.
- **Time Management**: Strong organizational skills for managing calls.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
