**About the Role**

We are looking for a motivated Junior Content Writer to join our team at MDA.

In-depth research on assigned topics, writing concise blogs and social media posts, and content curation are all responsibilities of a content writer. You must be creative for this position and possess the ability to use data-driven insights to improve your writing. In the end, you'll produce strong content that resonates with the audience.

**Responsibilities**
- Create grammatically correct and plagiarism-free content.
- Engage in extensive research to gather industry-related data and provide accurate, well-researched original content.
- Creating compelling headlines and catchy social media descriptions that will capture the attention of the target audience
- Coordinate with marketing and design teams to illustrate articles.
- Work closely with Sr. content team and help with research.
- Ensure all-around consistency (style and tone).
- Content curation for long blogs and articles
- Submit work to the manager for input and approval.
- Update website content as needed

**Requirements and Skills**
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, like a true chameleon.
- Research skills that would bring facts to the table.
- An unquenchable passion for writing and a desire to create content that wows.
- Excellent writing and editing skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of proven experience as a Junior Content Writer.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, English, Journalism, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
