**Position Responsibilities**:

- Demonstrate skill in analyzing engineering data and drawing. They should be able to undertake maintenance, repair and modifications of the equipment installed in the shops. Should be familiar with fault isolation of complex machines and undertake repairs as necessary.
- Demonstrate capability to provide familiarization training to the IAF technicians. The familiarization training will cover all the equipment fitted in the back-shop over and above the 04 shops mentioned above.
- Will demonstrate capability to co-ordinate with international teams and place demands for defective items.
- Should be familiar with fault isolation of complex machines and undertake repair as necessary.
- Individual will work closely with team members of C17 Field Services.Individual will develop and maintain relationships / partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, and partners to develop collaborative plans and execute on-going projects.

**Basic Qualifications** (Required Skills/Experience)**:

- Diploma / ITI in Electrical/ Engineering.
- 4 to 7 years of hands on experience in maintaining sophisticated equipment like Lathe machines, industrial X-ray machines composite repair machines, preferably at Airport / Airlines/MRO/ Military Aviation Establishments.
- Demonstrated experience and capability to diagnose the defects through schematic/ electrical diagrams and technical manuals.
- Previous work experience in workshops/MRO supporting Airlines/Defense establishment undertaking similar jobs.

**Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)**:

- Diploma in ITI / Electrical/ Engineering.
- Knowledge and experience in undertaking various composite repairs and techniques preferably at Airport / Airlines/MRO/ Military Aviation Establishments.
- Knowledge and experience in undertaking various NDI & NDT preferably at Airport / Airlines /MRO/ Military Aviation Establishments.
- Knowledge of analyzing and undertaking repairs on Electrical & Electronic components / parts associated with the above mentioned Back shop equipment as well other equipment associated with Back shop.

**Typical Education & Experience**:

- Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 9 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years' related work experience.)
