**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a skilled **Ads Specialist** who can manage and optimize paid ad campaigns across different platforms. Your main goal will be to drive traffic, generate quality leads, and ultimately increase sales on our website as well as other platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho. Whether you're an intern looking to grow or a professional with experience, we need someone who understands digital advertising and can help us scale our business.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Plan, create, and manage ad campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and others.
- Optimize ads to ensure maximum return on investment (ROI) and generate high-quality leads.
- Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to ensure our ads target the right audience.
- Track, analyze, and report performance metrics like click-through rates (CTR), cost-per-click (CPC), and conversions.
- Manage ad budgets effectively and adjust bidding strategies to optimize performance.
- Collaborate with our marketing and product teams to align campaigns with overall brand goals.
- A/B testing of ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to improve conversion rates.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, particularly in the FMCG sector.
**What We're Looking For**:
- Knowledge of digital advertising platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Amazon Advertising, etc.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret ad performance data and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to manage budgets and optimize campaigns for maximum impact.
- Understanding of e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho) is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with our team.
- Creative thinking to design compelling ads that resonate with our target audience.
- Bonus: If you have experience in the FMCG sector or with healthy food products, that's a huge advantage.
**Qualifications**:
- For Interns: Enthusiastic individuals looking to learn and grow in the field of digital marketing with some basic understanding of ad platforms.
- For Professionals:1-2 years of experience in running paid ads with a proven track record of driving sales and generating leads.
