**Role**: Graphic Design Associate

**Overview**:
We are seeking a creative Graphic Design Associate to support our research and marketing teams. You'll help bring our research insights to life through compelling visuals, from research report graphics to digital marketing assets. This role offers hands-on experience in B2B design at a leading financial services research and advisory firm.

**Core Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the marketing and research teams to understand project requirements and objectives
- Create visually appealing and professional designs for reports, presentations, infographics, and marketing materials that align with our company branding guidelines
- Translate complex data and research findings into visuals, charts, and graphs
- Assist in developing layouts and templates for various deliverables, ensuring consistency and coherence across projects
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance the firm's visual communication

**Qualifications**:

- Proficient in design software like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools. Video editing skills are a plus
- Proficient in presentation design (Microsoft Office, PowerPoint)
- Prior work and experience with Wordpress is a plus.
- A strong portfolio showcasing your graphic design skills and ability to convey complex information visually
- Knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques

- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Lifetime learner and eager to build new skills through practical work experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
