Ford is looking for an Extended Service Business Analyst who will report directly to the ESB IMG Finance Manager. The primary accountabilities of this role are to ensure that there is effective control over IMG Extended Service Business funds, to ensure that the reserve is adequately and fairly valued by identifying potential plan losses to both management and the fund administration.
- **University degree in Finance or Accounting**:

- **Minimum three years of experience in Finance/Accounting**:

- **Automotive experience would be beneficial**:

- **Prepare, develop and report out to the FCSD Finance Analyst and ESB IMG Finance Manager in terms of month end, forecast, budget and business plan**:

- **Prepare issue-to-issue, quarter-over-quarter, budget performance, and year-over-year schedules to support analytical requirements and senior management reviews on a monthly basis**:

- **Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual journal entries.**:

- **Balance all data elements of the fund, ensure an accurate data base is maintained.**:

- **Prepare quarterly Significant Reserve Reviews and present to senior management.**:

- **Prepare quarterly Premium Deficiency Reserve Reviews and present to senior management.**:

- **Prepare monthly reconciliation.**:

- **Support statutory Audits**:

- **Interpret and explain physical drivers of absolute costs and variances to targets to management on a monthly basis.**:

- **Submit consolidation input requirements for global submissions.**:

- **Prepare presentations for where needed**:

- **Continuously review processes to streamline, eliminate waste within Ford Protect Finance.
