**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Lead the design and implementation of technology solutions using SF Consumer Goods Cloud SFDC Development and Customization SFDC Lightning SFDC Integration and SFDC Configuration.
- Provide technical guidance and support to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation including design specifications and integration plans.
- Ensure the scalability and performance of Salesforce solutions through effective architecture and design.
- Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and technologies to drive continuous improvement.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Salesforce solutions with other systems.
- Provide training and support to end-users to maximize the adoption and effectiveness of Salesforce solutions.
- Contribute to the development of best practices and standards for Salesforce development and customization.
- Participate in project planning and estimation activities to ensure timely delivery of solutions.

**Qualifications**
- Possess strong expertise in SF Consumer Goods Cloud SFDC Development and Customization SFDC Lightning SFDC Integration and SFDC Configuration.
- Have experience in IT Consulting and Analytics is a plus.
- Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Exhibit strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Show a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
- Have the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
- Display a proactive and results-oriented approach to work.
