Sales Representative

**Duties and Responsibilities of a Sales Executive**
- **Customer Engagement**:

- Greet and attend to customers promptly.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Maintain in-depth knowledge of product features, pricing, and availability.
- Stay updated on new arrivals, trends, and promotions.
- **Sales Targets**:

- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets set by the management.
- Upsell and cross-sell to increase average transaction value.
- **Order Processing**:

- Prepare quotations and process customer orders accurately.
- Coordinate with billing and delivery teams to ensure timely fulfillment.
- **Follow-ups and Lead Management**:

- Follow up with potential leads and maintain a client database.
- Build long-term relationships with clients for repeat business.
- **Showroom/Store Maintenance**:

- Ensure products are well displayed and the showroom is neat and organized.
- Assist in stock management and inventory reporting.
- **Coordination**:

- Work closely with the design, delivery, and after-sales teams.
- Coordinate with suppliers or warehouse for product availability.
- **Reporting**:

- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports.
- Report customer feedback and market trends to the manager.
- **Customer Support**:

- Handle basic complaints or queries with professionalism.
- Provide after-sales service and support where necessary.
- **Marketing Support**:

- Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and campaigns.
- Share marketing materials and offers with potential customers.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
