Kids Kingdom Early Learning Centre chain is looking to hire a Sales/Marketing Executive in the core management team.
Location: Gurugram
Date of joining: ASAP
The position is open for a multi-skill team member who will be the Sales/Marketing Executive positioned in the gurugram location and also supporting in the functions of other branches of Kids Kingdom.
Role will require the team member to work in collaboration with other branch heads with accuracy, quality and timeliness. On a day to day basis role will demand to work on different strategies through offline and online activities to generate enquiries, interacting with the enquiries and work with the centres for conversion. As a team member of the core management team other responsibilities will require
coordination and collaboration with other branches to understand the requirements and also areas to be targeted for creating the pipeline for future and work any other inputs for finalizing and aligning the online and offline marketing activities. Role requires the team member to think on the feet, have a problem solving approach, and be able to work in a challenging and target oriented environment.
Key roles and responsibilities
- Good understanding of online and offline marketing activities e.g Events, adwords, seo, corporate and other communities tie-ups
- Leading the end to end process cycle of generating enquiry to admission
- Work to generate enquiries through different platforms using online and offline marketing tools
- Consolidate the enquiries and touch base with them in very structured and planned manner
- Coordinate with the centres for any prospects visits and work very closely with the team for the conversion
- Good interpersonal and communication skills for presenting the ideas and positioning the brand
- Work with target oriented mindset and always willing to take new challenges
- Keep exploring and executing marketing and events tie-ups with the potential societies, corporate and other prospects
- Planning and executing events in good footfall targeted areas
- Keep exploring options for franchise
