**Job Title**: QC In-charge

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage the quality control processes at the RMC plant.
- Develop, implement, and monitor quality control procedures to ensure product compliance with industry standards and specifications.
- Conduct regular inspections and tests on raw materials, mix designs, and finished products to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Collaborate with the production team to resolve any quality-related issues and improve overall product quality.
- Maintain detailed records of quality control tests, inspections, and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry best practices.
- Train and mentor plant staff on quality control procedures and standards.
- Investigate and address customer complaints related to product quality.
- Prepare and present quality reports to management.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality control within the concrete or construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of quality control standards and procedures for ready-mix concrete.
- Proficiency in using quality testing equipment and software.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with NGT regulations and their impact on procurement and production processes is a plus.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
