Security Supervisor

The Security Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the security team to ensure the safety and protection of property, staff, and visitors. This role includes supervising guards, enforcing policies, managing incidents, and liaising with law enforcement or emergency services when necessary.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel.
- Assign duties, patrols, and shifts; ensure adequate coverage at all times.
- Conduct routine inspections of all security posts to ensure proper performance and presence of security staff.
- Respond to and investigate incidents, alarms, and emergencies; provide detailed reports.
- Monitor surveillance systems and access control points.
- Ensure all security operations are in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate the performance of security staff.
- Maintain accurate logs, reports, and documentation of all incidents and activities.
- Act as liaison with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
- Implement and enforce safety and emergency procedures.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in criminal justice or related field preferred.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in a security role, with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity.
- Valid security license or guard card (if required by local jurisdiction).
- Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- Knowledge of security systems, protocols, and emergency procedures.
- Ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure.
- Physical fitness and ability to stand, walk, or patrol for long period

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
