**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in statutory and internal audits, including documentation and drafting of audit reports
- Prepare and analyze financial statements as per applicable accounting standards
- Handle GST filings, TDS returns, and income tax compliances
- Support in finalization of accounts and periodic MIS reporting
- Perform reconciliations of bank, vendor, customer, and inter-company accounts
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Support senior CAs in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Assist in filing ROC forms and other corporate secretarial work (if applicable)
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external auditors as required

**Key Skills Required**:

- Good understanding of accounting standards, direct & indirect tax laws, and audit procedures
- Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and accounting software (e.g., Zoho, QuickBooks, SAP, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of Companies Act, Income Tax Act, and GST laws
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- High level of integrity and professionalism

**Qualifications**:

- CA Inter cleared (Both Groups preferred)
- Completed articleship training under a recognized CA firm
- B.Com or equivalent undergraduate degree (preferred but not mandatory)
