- Promote add-on services and products such as warranties, maintenance plans, and accessories.
- Consistently work towards meeting individual and store sales targets.
- Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Offer after-sales services including resizing, repairs, and assistance with exchanges.
- Keep all jewellery displays neat, attractive, and well-arranged to enhance the shopping experience.
- Ensure safe handling of jewellery pieces and strictly comply with store security and safety protocols.
- Participate actively in stock-taking, inventory verification, and audit processes to maintain accuracy.
- Maintain records of customer orders, special requests, and sales reports.
- Coordinate with fellow sales staff and managers to achieve store goals.
- Support promotional activities, events, and festive campaigns.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
