- Politely speaking with customers and understanding their queries.
- Documenting customer queries in system.
- Managing a team of representatives offering customer support.
- Overseeing the customer service process
- Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention.
- Creating policies and procedures.
- Managing outbound calls**.**:

- Night Shift (8:30pm-6:30am).
- Working days **- **Monday - Friday
- Fixed off -Saturday - Sunday

**Qualifications**:

- 12th / Any graduate
- Experienced / fresher (both)Skills Required**: -**:

- Good Communication Skills....(English )

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
