**Responsibilities**:

- Use data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to create dashboards and reports that communicate key insights and performance metrics
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, identifying trends, patterns, and areas for improvement
- Conduct A/B testing and other experimental designs to optimize campaign performance and conversion rates
- Assist in market research activities to understand customer behaviour, preferences, and trends
- Analyse competitor strategies and industry benchmarks to provide actionable insights
- Work closely with the marketing team to support the development and execution of data-driven marketing strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with business objectives
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, summarizing key findings and recommendations
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of marketing data and analytics

**Skills**:

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw actionable insights
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI)
- Familiarity with digital marketing channels and metrics (e.g., Google Analytics, social media analytics)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic understanding of the financial industry and its unique challenges is a plus
