Engage with customers to understand their health needs and concerns.
- Provide informed recommendations on over-the-counter health and wellness products, including vitamins, supplements, and medical devices.
- Educate customers on product usage, benefits, and potential side effects.
- Offer guidance on managing common health conditions and minor ailments.
- Assist customers in finding suitable alternatives or complementary products based on their preferences and requirements.
- Demonstrate excellent product knowledge and stay updated on new developments in the health and wellness industry.
- Maintain a clean and organized retail environment, including product displays and signage.
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Collaborate with the pharmacy team to ensure seamless coordination of services and product availability.
- Uphold company policies and procedures regarding customer service, health regulations, and confidentiality.
- Participate in training sessions and meetings to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and empathetic manner.v

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
