**Sales & Service Coordinator (Female)**

**Location: [Fort,Mumbai]**

**Reports To: [Director]**

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Service Coordination**
- Act as the primary point of contact between clients and service teams.
- Schedule and follow up on service calls, installations, or deliveries.
- Ensure timely and satisfactory completion of service requests.
- Maintain service records, reports, and client communication logs.
- Follow up with customers post-sales and post-service to ensure satisfaction and collect feedback.

**Sales Coordination**
- Assist the sales team with proposal preparation, order processing, and follow-ups.
- Track leads, Follow up with customers and prospects on pending quotes and inquiries.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and maintain sales documentation and reports.

**Lead Generation**
- Research and identify potential customers through online and offline channels.
- Qualify leads and pass them on to the sales team for further development.
- Maintain a lead tracker and regularly update the status of each lead.

**Google Rating Monitoring**:

- Monitor and manage the company’s presence and reviews on Google and other online platforms.
- Encourage satisfied customers to leave positive reviews.
- Address and resolve any negative reviews professionally to protect and enhance the company’s online reputation.

**Social Media Management**:

- Create, post, and manage content across the company’s social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media in a timely manner.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Graduate in any discipline; degree/diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- 1-3 years of experience in service coordination, sales support, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and social media platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts is an advantage.
