We are looking for a customer relationship executive to be responsible for helping the CRM and engaging with key customers by building and preserving trusting relationships. You should also be strategic and analytical when finding solutions to problems to ensure maximum client satisfaction.

**Key Functional Responsibilities**
- Building and maintaining profitable relationships with the clients.
- Understand the requirement of the client and coordinate with recruitment team accordingly
- Screen the resume according to the JD before sharing with the client
- Meeting with managers in the organization to plan strategically.
- Conducting business reviews using CRM programs.
- Knowing your competition and strategizing accordingly.

**Requirement**:

- Should possess good communication.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication.
- Ability to forge profound working relationships.
- Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.
