**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and manage daily site activities as per project plan.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, BOQs, and technical documents.
- Ensure all work is carried out as per technical specifications and quality standards.
- Monitor progress and prepare daily/weekly site reports.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and the internal engineering/project teams.
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with statutory regulations.
- Inspect materials, workmanship, and resolve site issues proactively.
- Maintain records of site activities, including labor, materials, and work progress.
- Assist in resolving technical challenges and on-site decisions.
- Participate in site meetings and contribute to project planning and coordination.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s/Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field.
- 2-5 years of relevant site supervision experience.
- Strong technical knowledge of construction methods and materials.
- Ability to read technical drawings and implement them on site.
- Good leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
- Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD or project management tools is an advantage.
- Understanding of safety, quality, and compliance standards.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Ability to manage a team of workers and subcontractors.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Willingness to work at project sites and adapt to changing schedules.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Schedule:
