Job Role: Front Desk Receptionist
Job Overview.
The Front Desk Receptionist is the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees. This role involves managing front desk operations, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth communication within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Reception & Customer Service:
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees professionally.
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly and courteously.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Address visitor inquiries and provide necessary information.
2. Administrative Support:
- Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference rooms.
- Assist in travel and accommodation arrangements for employees if required.
3. Office Management:
- Monitor and maintain office supplies and place orders as needed.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance.
- Ensure the reception area is well-maintained and presentable.
4. Communication & Coordination:
- Relay messages and communicate important updates to employees.
- Assist HR and administration teams with documentation and employee onboarding.
- Support internal teams with general administrative tasks.
5. Data Entry & Record Keeping:
- Maintain employee and client contact information.
- Update and manage records related to office administration.
- Assist with invoice processing and basic bookkeeping if required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any field (preferred).
- Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office management tools.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
