**Responsibilities**:
- **Prospecting and Lead Generation**: Identify potential customers and generate leads through various means such as cold calling, networking, referrals, and market research.
- **Sales Presentation**: Conduct sales presentations to potential customers to showcase the products and services offered by the organization and explain their benefits.
- **Client Relationship Building**: Build and maintain a strong relationship with customers to understand their financial needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- **Sales Targets**: Meet or exceed sales targets within a specific period and goals set by the organization, and consistently achieve sales quotas.
