Job Title/ Designation Interior Execution Head - Hospitality Project

Experience At least 5+ year’s experience as an Interior Execution

Location Belgaum, Karnataka

Qualification Bachelor's degree in interior design or related field.

Roles/Responsibilities Experience in the field of architecture and interior designing and also have the experience of working with many companies for a

/ Key skills specific period of time and also should have worked on the interior designing projects for hospitality, hotels and resorts as an interior site engineer. Should have developed the co-operation skill with contractor, ability to perform the given operation with contractor with perfect Planning & Execution, dedication and within the time given. Project management experience is mandatory.

Job Descriptions Preparing Material List as per requirement.
- Working on Quotation comparison.
- Execution Of Work as per design
- Efficient Handling of Labour Payment
- Dealing with promoter on Technical Matters
- Maintaining the discipline within the group of labour.
- Handling miscellaneous issues regarding civil, electrical and interior work.
- Supervising and executing the design related work.

Salary 5 Lakhs CTC per annum and negotiable

Age 28 and above
