**Job Description: Graphic Designer**

**Position**: Graphic Designer
**Experience Level**: 6 months to 1 years
**Location**: 201, 2nd floor, Manglam Signature Tower, Lalkothi, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302015
**Salary**: Upto 2.5 LPA + Group Health Insurance (2 Lacs)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design eye-catching graphics for both digital and print media, including social media posts, advertisements, brochures, banners, and more.
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to create designs aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Work on logo designs, branding materials, and UI/UX mockups as needed.
- Stay updated with current design trends, tools, and technologies to deliver innovative and fresh concepts.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while ensuring quality and meeting deadlines.
- Incorporate feedback from team members and stakeholders to refine and enhance designs.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in graphic design tools like **Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign**. Knowledge of **Adobe XD, Figma**, or similar UI/UX tools is a plus.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creativity, technical expertise, and attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of **typography, color theory, and layout principles**.
- Familiarity with video editing tools like **Adobe Premiere Pro** or **After Effects** is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in **Graphic Design**, **Visual Arts**, or a related field is preferred.

**Preferred Qualities**:

- Proactive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and adapt.
- Ability to handle tight deadlines and manage time effectively.
- Experience designing for social media, websites, and advertising campaigns.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for web design is a bonus but not mandatory.
