**Job Title**: Maths Teacher

**Key Responsibilities: Classroom Management & Teaching**:

- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with the curriculum.
- Foster a nurturing and supportive learning environment.
- Ensure each child’s academic and emotional well-being.
- Use play-based and activity-based teaching methods to enhance learning.
- Assess students’ progress regularly and provide feedback to parents.

**Classroom Environment & Safety**:

- Create a safe, clean, and stimulating learning space.
- Implement classroom discipline with patience and empathy.
- Ensure adherence to school policies and safety protocols.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s in Education (B.Ed.) or equivalent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a nurturing approach towards children.
- Ability to engage children in creative and interactive learning.
- Classroom management and problem-solving skills.

**Work Schedule & Compensation**:

- Full-time position with school working hours 7:45 am to 3 pm.
- Salary as per experience and qualifications.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
