**Responsibilities**

**To validate MSA contracts**

**_ _**

**Analyzing and creating data file**

**_ _**

**Work with OTR (Order to remittance) person to amend any incorrect amount for extended warranty.**

**Data validation**

**_ _**

**Generation of dashboard basis customer requirement**

**_ _**

**Work on monitoring queue with customer queries**

**_ _**

**Closely work** with the regions and the client**

**_ _**

**_ _**

**Follow up with requesters/co-functional teams to provide quicker resolutions.**

**_ _**

**Provide periodic updates to customers on the weekly work delivered.**

**_ _**

**Identify** opportunities to improve/streamline process.**

**Qualifications**

**_ _**

**Minimum qualifications**

**Need good year of experience.**

**_ _**

**Graduation in any stream**

**_ _**

**Excellent Communication Skills - Written and Spoken**

**Preferred qualifications**

**Well versed with MS Excel**

**Experience in working with huge data**set**.
