Job Responsibilities
- Cleaning of a given numbers of rooms according to Company standards ensuring a defect free room.
- Assist in “Single Point Entry” concept.
- Provides a high level of service standards.
- Follow-up on any assignments by his supervisor.
- Should be helpful and courteous to guests at all times.
- Follow periodical cleaning schedules.
- Responsible for equipping all rooms with linen, amenities in the guest rooms.
- Reports maintenance problems in the room to the supervisor.
- Reports any loss or damage to the floor supervisor.

Job Requirements

Demonstrates an ability to acquire the following attributes: initiative, problem solving, prioritizing, training and developing subordinates and being goal oriented.
- Understands the mission, vision and value systems as followed by the organization.
- Thorough knowledge of modern housekeeping techniques and the latest in cleaning technology, hygiene and safety standards.
- Knowledge of various chemicals and cleaning equipments.
- Exhibits excellent grooming standards.
- Should be helpful and courteous to guests at all times.
