We are hiring for **Admissions Counselor for Palampur Office of Chandigarh University.**

J**ob Responsibilities Admission Counselor-**
- Counselors should be very Clear about the pitching and they have to focus on the content of delivery.
- Responsible for calling to generate leads & admission conversion..
- Converting leads into successful admissions.

1. Effective and Timely Follow-ups.

2. Handle Different student's inquiries.

3. Make calls, follow ups & ownership

4. Always Maintain Good Telephone Etiquette's.

5. Punctuality.

6. Respond to Student's inquiries proactively.

7. Provide product and information to students.

8. Route calls to appropriate resources in case of escalation.

**Shift Timings 9:30 PM -6:00 PM**

**Shift Days - Monday to Saturday**

**Salary: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month**
