**Manual Tester (Fresher)**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Test Execution**: Execute test cases, document results, and raise defects. Ensure proper defect tracking and timely reporting.
- ** Test Documentation**: Prepare detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on project specifications and user requirements.
- ** Defect Reporting**: Identify and report defects in the defect management system, providing detailed steps for reproduction and relevant information.
- ** Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the software meets the highest quality standards.
- ** Communication**: Clearly communicate test results and issues to development and project teams in a concise and actionable manner.

**Required Qualifications**:
**Education**:

- Freshers with a **Diploma or Bachelor’s degree** in a related engineering field.
- Testing courses are mandatory.

**Technical Skills**:

- Familiarity with software testing concepts and methodologies is a plus (e.g., test case creation, bug reporting).

**Soft Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot inconsistencies in software or processes.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment.
- Eagerness to learn new tools and technologies in the field of quality assurance.

**Desirable Attributes**:

- Strong willingness to learn and grow in the software testing domain.
- Ability to understand and interpret technical documents, such as user stories, requirements, and engineering drawings.
