Primary Teacher

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans tailored to the needs and abilities of primary school students.
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods and resources to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities.
- Assess student progress through observation, tests, and assignments, and provide constructive feedback to support their growth.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and performance, and communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding their child's progress.
- Collaborate with colleagues, including other teachers, administrators, and support staff, to coordinate curriculum, share best practices, and support student success.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes respect, cooperation, and a love of learning.
- Implement classroom management strategies to maintain discipline and ensure a safe and supportive learning environment.
- Stay current with developments in education, including changes to curriculum standards, teaching methodologies, and educational technology, and incorporate these into your teaching practice as appropriate.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge as an educator.
- Uphold the values and mission of the school, and serve as a positive role model for students both inside and outside the classroom.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
- Teaching certification or licensure appropriate for primary education.
- Demonstrated experience working with primary school-aged children.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively manage a classroom and maintain a positive learning environment.
- Passion for education and a commitment to supporting the academic and personal growth of students.
- Flexibility, creativity, and adaptability in responding to the needs of diverse learners.
- Knowledge of current educational trends, methodologies, and best practices.
- Willingness to collaborate with colleagues and engage in ongoing professional development.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
